• For a monthly fee of $35 per telephone, PCM provides:

• Service Visits including parts (excluding boards or parts discontinued)

• Commission on Operator Assisted and Toll Free Calls

• Polling to Monitor the Rates and Programs in the Phone

• Rate Files containing new area codes and exchanges

• 211 Live Operator 24/7

• Partnership in the Verizon Rebate Program where available

*Commissions and rebates are paid on a quarterly basis.
